Iran Press/ Iran news: Jalil Nejati, the head of Zahedan Health Center, has said that the city's people welcome the Iranian-produced COVID-19 vaccine, Coviran Barekat.
Kianoush Jahanpour, head of the Information Center of the Ministry of Health, also says that the people of Sistan and Baluchestan welcome the COVIran Barekat vaccine.
Jahanpour stated that the entry of Iranian vaccines into the national vaccination plan in Sistan and Baluchestan had been facilitated, and people over the age of 50 are receiving the vaccine.
There's more, the 64-bed respiratory ward of Zahedan Health which was equipped with a joint venture of the police of the Islamic Republic of Iran, was put into operation on Monday evening with the health minister attending.
The inpatient and diagnostic wards of Iranmehr 220-bed hospital of Saravan in Sistan and Baluchestan province were put into operation in the presence of the health minister.
During a two-day visit to Sistan and Baluchestan province, the Minister of Health visited various centers and was briefed on the latest medical and health measures to control and manage the fifth wave of coronavirus with the spread of the Indian Delta virus.
