Iran Press/ Iran News: "The war in Afghanistan is not a war for land, but for gaining or maintaining legitimacy," Rasoul Mousavi tweeted.
"If the Taliban conquer all the cities, they will not be able to establish their state unless they do gain international recognition," he added.
Mousavi stressed: "There is no military solution to the crisis in Afghanistan, and we should only think about negotiations."
