Iran Press/Middle East: In response to the comments by the UN Secretary-General's Special Envoy for Yemen, Martin Griffiths that the US recognized Ansarullah Movement's legitimacy, Mohammad Ali al-Houthi noted that Yemen's legitimacy originates from power and resistance.
Al-Houthi stressed that the US must stop blackmailing through invading Yemen and keeping the Yemeni nation starved under blockade.
The head of Yemen's Political Supreme Council called on the international community to approach the Yemeni issue in a fair manner, calling for an end to the invasion and blockade on the Yemeni people as well as the end to the intervention in the country's political, social, and economic affairs.
