Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Sunday that 111 COVID-19 patients had succumbed to death during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 82,965.

Iran PressIran News: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to June 20, 2021, 3,095,135 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 2,748,320 of the total infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 8,161 cases, out of whom 944 patients were hospitalized.

3,279 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

So far, 22,449,366 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, 22 cities are red, 175 are orange, and 251 are yellow zones.

So far, 4,384,451 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 919,557 people have received the second dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 5,304,008 doses.
