Iran Press/ Iran news: Ebrahim Raisi stated on Friday after casting his ballot that he considered himself a servant of all the people.
Stating that the duty of the administration was to serve the people, the candidate of the 13th presidential election expressed hope that the people would feel the change soon.
He also stated: "People's vote is the people's right and it should be well taken care of."
Iran's 2021 presidential elections have started nationwide, with nearly 60 million Iranians eligible to vote for one of four candidates running.
Polls opened at 07:00 am local time on Friday, June 18, and will run until 12:00 am on Saturday, and for two more hours then, if necessary.
