Raisi:

Tehran (IP): The candidate of the 13th Presidential Election in Iran said that the future administration of Iran would not unilaterally violate any agreement or commitment.

Iran Press/Iran News: After the end of the second debate before the 13th Presidential Election, in response to a question from Iran Press News Agency, Ebrahim Raisi, regarding his government's foreign policy approach to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), stated on Tuesday night that fulfilling all international agreements and commitments would be a foreign policy priority.

Raisi underscored that it would be respected and followed up in the next government if any agreement were signed in the Islamic Republic.

Raisi added: "In foreign policy, we will interact with all countries with the priority of our neighbors, and the future administration is based on interaction with the whole world, but naturally we must resist the enemy if an administration is hostile to Iran."

He also explained about dealing with super-debtors, noting: "Super-debt should not occur and many cases have been processed in the judiciary. For those who were super-debtors of the bank, unfortunately, the law has not been observed in paying facilities to these people."

The candidate of the 13th Presidential Election stated that in dealing with super-debtors, about 90,000 billion tomans had been returned to the treasury, banks, and various sectors by the judiciary.

The 13th Iranian Presidential Election will be held on June 18, 2021.
