Late Imam Khomeini's poems and biography published in Georgia

Tbilisi (IP) - The biography and the collection of Late Imam Khomeini’s mystical and philosophical poems were published in Georgian by Cultural Consulate of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Iran PressAsia: On the occasion of the 32nd anniversary of the demise of Imam Khomeini, the Cultural Consulate of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Georgia compiled and published a biography and a collection of mystical and philosophical poems in Georgian in the form of a special edition and two books of poetry in limited editions.

This collection was inaugurated at the "International Conference on Al_Quds , the Common Heritage of Religions" in the meeting hall of the World Assembly of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS) in Marneuli, Georgia with the presence of "Akbar Ghasemi", Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran, "Hamid Mostafavi", cultural attaché of Iran and the directors of Georgia's Islamic centers and a group of Muslim scholars and clerics were unveiled.

Hamid Mostafavi, Iran's cultural attaché in Georgia, said in this regard: "Considering the universal personality of Imam Khomeini and the mystical and philosophical ideas of the Imam, Georgian-speaking audiences have always sought to know more about this mystic and great leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran."

“ The Imam's poetry collection expresses his mystical thoughts well.”, concluded he.
