Moscow (IP) – The CEO of the Russian Export Center announced Russian companies' readiness to participate in the construction of the railway of Iran's part of the North-South Transport Corridor.

Iran PressEurope: Veronika Nikishina stated in a working meeting on Friday that the Russian Export Center and the Eurasian Economic Union were ready to provide services to Russian companies to implement a part of the North-South Corridor project in Iran.

She said the Russian Export Center was ready to provide services to Russian companies to supply equipment, including switches, railways, and other domestic equipment needed to implement the Iranian railway project.

"The infrastructure of the Eurasian Economic Union is currently not fully implemented to take advantage of trade benefits, facilities, and privileges between the member countries of the union," she noted.
