Iran Press/ Iran news: "Mohammad Reza Mirtaj al-Dini", the deputy chairman of the Islamic Revolution Faction of the Iranian parliament, explained the meeting to reporters on Tuesday.
The MP noted: "In this meeting, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, the Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, emphasized that given the conditions in the region and the Middle East and the pivotal role of the Islamic Revolution in the region, the United States will make efforts to interfere in the internal affairs of the country, including the presidential election and economic issues, for which all must be vigilant."
Regarding another part of Ghalibaf's remarks, the representative of the people of Tabriz added: "The Speaker emphasized enlightenment and insight on the challenges facing the election, including the socio-political and economic dichotomies."
Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf also considered consensus among the Revolutionary Front as the most important issue in the elections and stressed that thank God, the country has reached it and everyone should try to continue this cohesion and unity of convergence.
