Tehran (IP) - Iranian Parliament speaker’s special aide for international affairs said the Israeli regime was facing a political and social stalemate.

Iran PressIran news: Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said the Zionist regime, considering its multi-layered crises, magnified the normalization of its relations with the UAE and Bahrain.

“Netanyahu tried to magnify the Iranian nuclear issue and that Iran was seeking to build an atomic bomb so that he could cover up his inner flaws,” Amir-Abdollahian added, noting: "As its principle, Iran considers resistance to the ambitions and aggressions of the Zionist regime.”

With regard to the Palestinian issue, he said that Iran proposed a democratic solution to the issue, which required holding a referendum for all genuine Palestinians, including Muslims, Jews, and Christians.

Noting that Iran's relations with many Arab countries, including Syria, Iraq, and Lebanon were very good, Amir-Abdollahian stressed that Iranian-Arab relations were at their best.

He said: "Thanks to the initiative of the Founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran Imam Khomeini and the plan of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, along with the courageous and thoughtful field action of former IRGC's Quds Force Commander Lt. Gen. Qasem Soleimani to ensure the maximum national security of Iran, the Israeli regime imprisoned itself inside its self-made prison."
