Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Thursday that in the past 24 hours, 453 COVID-19 patients had lost their lives, bringing the total death toll to 68,366.

Iran PressIran News: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to April 22, 2021, 2,335,905 people in the country have been infected with the coronavirus, and 1,837,590 of the total infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 24,092 cases, out of whom 3,438 patients were hospitalized.

5,038 COVID-19 patients are in critical condition.

So far, 14,854,140 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, 301 cities are classified as red zones, 95 as orange, 45 as yellow, and 7 as blue zones.
