Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Saturday that in the past 24 hours, 319 COVID-19 patients had lost their lives, bringing the total death toll to 66,327.

Iran Press/Iran News: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to April 17, 2021, 2,215,445 people in the country have been infected with the coronavirus, and 1,772,688 of the total infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 21,312 cases, out of whom 2,176 patients were hospitalized.

4,694 COVID-19 patients are in critical condition.

So far, 14,277,782 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, 257 cities are in red, 129 in orange, 51 are in yellow, and 11 are in the blue zones.
