Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Thursday that in the past 24 hours, 328 COVID-19 patients had lost their lives, bringing the total death toll to 66,008.

Iran Press/Iran News: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to April 16, 2021, 2,194,133 people in the country have been infected with the coronavirus, and 1,761,497 of the total infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 25,261 cases, out of whom 3,207 patients were hospitalized.

4,652 COVID-19 patients are in critical condition.

So far, 14,165,771 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, 295 cities are in red, 99 in orange, 45 are in yellow, and 9 are in the blue zones.
