Iraq’s National Security Advisor meets FM Zarif

Tehran (IP): The visiting Iraqi National Security Adviser met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran on Monday in Tehran.

Iran PressIran News: Iraqi National Security Advisor Qasim al-Araji who traveled to Tehran this afternoon (Monday, April 12), met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mohammad Javad Zarif, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Traveling to Tehran at the invitation of Ali Shamkhani, he also met with the Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council this afternoon to discuss bilateral, regional and international issues.

Shamkhani told him during the meeting that there was more to be expected from the Iraqi government in pursuing the case of the assassination of Late Commander of IRGC's Quds Force Lt. Gen. Qassem Soleimani.
