Hong Kong (IP) - Iranian film called the 'Wasteland' could successfully win 2 prizes of Hong Kong International Film Festival.

Iran PressAsia: The 45th Hong Kong International  Film Festival was held from April 1 to 12, and this year it was not possible to invite foreign guests due to the outbreak of the coronavirus.

The award for the best film of this period of the festival went to the 'Wasteland' made by Ahmad Bahrami and the award for the best male actor went to Ali Bagheri for his role in this film.

The Wasteland deals with the difficult working conditions and complex human relationships of several families living in a labor environment.
