Tehran (IP) - The Deputy Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran says that the parliament emphasizes lifting all the US sanctions against Iran and verification.

Iran PressIran News: Ali Nikzad, in an interview with Iran Press on Sunday about the red line of the Islamic Consultative Assembly regarding the nuclear talks in Vienna, stated that the Islamic Consultative members' request Assembly is lifting all sanctions and then verifying them.

"After lifting sanctions and its verification, the way is open to the US to return to JCPOA," Nikzad added.

Nikzad emphasized that the United States was a criminal state and threatened other countries, including European countries, adding that the Americans were not honest in words and actions and did not pay attention to Iran's economic interests within the framework of JCPOA including oil sales and metal exports.

The parliament member stressed: "This is Iran's position, the US should lift more than 1,600 sanctions imposed on Iran's oppressed people in recent years."

On the position of the French ambassador in Tehran regarding the Vienna talks and its connection to the Iranian presidential election, Nikzad also said: "France should pay attention to its internal affairs and that the position of the French ambassador in Tehran is far from the language of democracy but interference in Iranian affairs."

The Deputy Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran stated: "What is the standard in Iran is people votes and the government is expected to deal decisively with the French ambassador."
