Tehran (IP) - Pir-Hossein Kolivand stressed that Iran's Emergency Medical Services, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health, was in full readiness to offer services to people, such as providing ambulances, helicopters, buses, as well as fixed and mobile health care bases.

Iran PressIran News: In an interview with Iran Press, the head of Iran's emergency medical services said that all doctors and specialists would be present in the hospitals. 

He added that all pharmacies were also open, so there would be no problem.

"Sufficient blood and blood products were stored as well," he noted.

“The emergency services support diagnosing patients infected with the coronavirus and transferring them to hospitals. Also, 140,000 beds are allocated to them across the country,” Pir-Hossein Kolivand added.

The emergency services had added other services, such as managing the acute heart and brain attacks and vessels that assist the Persian Gulf islands around the clock, Kolivand stated.
