Iran Press/ Iran News: Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf announced the letter to the president after the new year budget bill's final approval was made by the Guardian Council.
Ghalibaf's letter to Rouhani states: "In the implementation of Article 120 and the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the budget law for the Iranian new year, submitted to the Parliament, was approved in a public session of the Parliament on Tuesday and confirmed by the Guardian Council. It is then announced to the government."
