Tehran (IP) - Iran's Ministry of Health spokeswoman announced on Sunday in the past 24 hours, 74 COVID-19 patients had lost their lives, bringing the total death toll to 59,483.

Iran Press/Iran News: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to February 21, 2021, newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 7,931 cases out of whom 574 patients were hospitalized, Sima Sadat Lari stated.

Iran's Ministry of Health spokeswoman announced that 1,574,012 people in the country had been infected with the coronavirus, and 1,344,791 recovered.

3,689 COVID-19 patients are in critical condition, according to the spokeswoman.

So far, 10,444,695 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across the country, the Health Ministry spokeswoman pointed.

According to the latest analysis, 11 cities are regarded as red zones, 52 as orange, 217 as yellow, and 168 as blue zones.

Ahvaz, Karun, Abadan, Khorramshahr, Dezful, Shooshtar, Shadegan, Ramhormoz, Hoveyzeh, Bandar Mahshahr, and Dashte Azadeghan are regarded as red zones.
