New York (IP) - Iran's permanent representative to the United Nations, stressed: "The Islamic Republic of Iran has not left the JCPOA, and reducing Tehran's obligations under this agreement is within the framework of paragraph 36 of it."

Iran PressAmerica: In an interview with the Persian Edition of Euronews, which is to be released soon, the Permanent Representative of Iran, Majid Takht-Ravanchi said: "Why do they expect Iran to take the first step while we are in the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) and not left it yet."

"Recalling that the reduction of Iran's obligations to the JCPOA is within the framework of Article 36 of this agreement, Takht-Ravanchi added: "Under paragraph 36 of the Iran nuclear deal, when a member of JCPOA commits a blatant violation, Iran has the right not to fulfill all or some of his obligations, and we chose the second option."
