The White House spokeswoman claimed that her country had violated the Security Council resolution by withdrawing from the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action and carrying out economic terrorism.

"This is entirely up to Iran," Jen Psaki told at a daily news conference on Friday in response to a question about whether there is a specific timetable for the US to return to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

"If Iran returns to full compliance with its obligations under the JCPOA, the United States will do the same and use it as a platform to reach a longer and stronger agreement, taking into account other concerns," Saki added.

White House spokesman continued: "What we are doing is consulting with other partners in JCPOA and members of Congress.

The United States formally withdraw from JCPOA in 2018, therefore, it is the US that is not participating in the deal, which can return to JCPOA by completely lifting sanctions against Iran.
