Iranian Parliament Speaker's Special Advisor for International Affairs Hossein Amir-Abdollahian

Tehran (IP) - Iranian Parliament Speaker's Special Advisor for International Affairs Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, announced the arrest of some perpetrators of the assassination of Iranian scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh.

Iran Press/Iran news: Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said that "Some Israeli intelligence officials claimed they were behind the assassination. Netanyahu tried to deny that. Netanyahu is essentially a coward. He does not dare to accept responsibility."

"Some of the perpetrators of this assassination have been identified and even arrested by our security services," the advisor noted.

Talking about the involvement of foreign parties in the assassination, the Foreign policy advisor to the Parliament speaker said: "There is various evidence regarding the planners and perpetrators of the assassination that the Zionists were involved in this issue."

 "It is said that the Zionists were not able to do that alone, without the cooperation of, for example, the US intelligence services or others so that you will see a decisive response in no time," the former ambassador stressed.

Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, head of the Research and Innovation Organization of the Ministry of Defence of Iran was martyred in a terrorist attack on the outskirts of Tehran on November 27.
