Of the 246 lawmakers present in the Sunday open session, 232 voted in favor of the very bill response to the global arrogant power's act of assassination of scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh.
Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, head of the Research and Innovation Organization of the Ministry of Defense was martyred in a terrorist attack around Tehran on Friday evening.
