Iran's coronavirus:

Tehran (IP) - The spokeswoman for Iran's ministry of health announced on Monday that 866,821 people in the country have been infected with the coronavirus, and 5,812 COVID-19 patients are in critical condition.

Iran Press/Iran News: "According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to November 23, 2020, newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 reached 12,460 cases out of whom 2,744 patients were hospitalized," the Spokeswoman for Iran's Ministry of Health Sima Sadat Lari stated.

She added that in the past 24 hours, 453 COVID-19 patients had lost their lives, bringing the total death toll to 45,255.

She pointed out that Provinces of Tehran, Isfahan, Qom, East Azerbaijan, South Khorasan, Semnan, Qazvin, Lorestan, Ardabil, Khuzestan, Kermanshah, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad, Gilan, Bushehr, Zanjan, Ilam, Khorasan Razavi, Mazandaran, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, Alborz, West Azerbaijan, Markazi, Kerman, North Khorasan, Hamadan, Yazd, and Kurdistan are regarded as red zones.

Hormozgan, Fars, Golestan, and Sistan and Baluchestan provinces are also regarded as orange and yellow zones.
