Beirut (IP) - The Iranian Embassy in Lebanon announced that terrorism and its international supporters do not diminish the determination of the Islamic Republic of Iran in supporting oppressed nations.

Iran PressMiddle East: The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Lebanon wrote on Twitter on Friday in a message on the occasion of the seventh anniversary of the suicide attack on the embassy: "Seven years ago, the dirty hand of terrorism reached the Iranian embassy in Beirut through two failed terrorist operations, leading to the martyrdom of a number of innocent people."

The message of the Iranian Embassy in Beirut reads: "Terrorism and its international supporters do not diminish the determination of the Islamic Republic of Iran and its wise leadership in supporting the oppressed nations of the world, but have made Iran stronger and more committed to the policy of resistance and defending the values of right, good and freedom."

November 19, 2013, two suicide bombings took place outside the Iranian Embassy in Beirut, killing 23 people and injuring 146, including Iran's Cultural Attaché in Beirut.
