Tehran (IP) - Secretary-General of the Iranian National Commission for UNESCO Hojatollah Ayoubi said that Mehdi Mohaghegh took Iranian culture, Islamic jurisprudence, art, literature, and mysticism to South-East Asia, Egypt, and the United States.

Iran PressIran News: In an exclusive interview with Iran Press on Sunday, Ayoubi celebrated Mehdi Mohaghegh's character and appreciated the important services he has made for seven decades.

Referring to the Iranian prominent scholar’s ability, Ayoubi noted that Mohaghegh is skilled in several languages and is a famous global figure.

Mahmoud Nili Ahmadabadi, the president of the University of Tehran, and Ali-Akbar Salehi, head of Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization (AEOI), also highlighted the role of the scientists and how they have a significant role in science and technology.
