During the meeting of the Iranian ambassador to Sana'a with the Prime Minister of Yemen, it was emphasized on strengthening the relations between the two countries in various fields.

Iran Press/Middle East: On Tuesday, Hassan Irloo, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Sana'a, met with Yemeni Prime Minister Abdel Aziz bin Habtour and the two sides discussed strengthening Iranian-Yemeni relations and issues of mutual interest.

The Iranian ambassador tweeted: "In this meeting, the issue of Palestine and confronting the arrogant and domineering forces that are trying to destroy the Palestinian cause were discussed and consulted."

Earlier in the day, Hassan Irloo met with Member of Yemen Supreme Political Council Sultan al-Samei, and Abdul Aziz al-Tarb, an adviser to the council, as well as Abyan Governor Hussein Zaid in his office.
