Vienna (IP) - The Head of Iran's Atomic Energy Organization (AEOI) had a meeting with the Head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA)Rafael Grossi on Monday, on the sidelines of the 68th annual meeting of the IAEA general conference.

Iran Press/Europe: Mohammad Eslami is in Vienna to talk about the Iranian nuclear industry and its peaceful nature by presenting the capacities of the country in different areas of the use of nuclear energy.  

Eslami also met with the Chief of Russian Russ Atom state company met each other on the sidelines of the 68th annual meeting of the IAEA general conference in Vienna, Austria. 

During the meeting held at Iran's permanent mission on Monday, the two sides discussed various issues of peaceful nuclear cooperation, including Bushehr power plants 2 and 3, and discussed a cooperation schedule in this regard.

As a European country, the UK announced in 2021 that it would increase the number of nuclear warheads in stock, from around 225 currently to about 260.

The 68th annual meeting of the IAEA general conference is underway from September 16 to 20, in Vienna Austria.
