The embargo includes a complete ban on fuel transit and imports of products and services from occupied territories, regarding Israeli settlers committing genocide in the Occupied Territories.
Sumar, the left-wing coalition partner, stated, “Spain already had partial bans, like Slovenia, Belgium, and the Netherlands, but with this measure, we are the first country to prohibit arms exports, fuel transit, and imports … paving the way for the EU.”
