Tehran (IP) - Masuomeh Ebtekar, Vice President for Women and Family Affairs, said that fortunately, the Islamic Republic of Iran has invested in women's health, which is the government's main priority.

Iran PressIran news: Speaking on the occasion of 'International Day of Rural Women' (which was on October 15) via videoconferencing, Masuomeh Ebtekar added that Iranian women's health has increased in 31 provinces. Women's Health Document had been approved and finalized in cooperation with the Health Ministry.

Vice President for Women and Family Affairs stated during the COVID-19 outbreak training of women is essential due to obesity, passivity, and mental challenges.

She noted that developing family interaction is the government's priority. 

She stressed implementing all health protocols, including wearing face masks, washing hands, keeping social distancing is more important than vaccines that are supposed to produce.
