Rouhani added: "Regarding businesses, it is necessary to follow the supervision with the help of organizations related to guilds and private enterprises and the Chamber of Guilds, and violators, whether business owners or firms or service recipients, should be dealt with according to the defined crimes."

Rouhani pointed out that the provincial task forces for fighting coronavirus decide according to the previous approvals of the National Task Force and continue to decide with the permission of the ministers of interior and health and in proportion to the outbreak of coronavirus in their provinces.

At the beginning of his speech, the president added: "Concerning the continuation of the outbreak of coronavirus and its new conditions and the increase in the number of patients and deaths, non-compliance with the protocols at the society level require penalties for violators, especially in the coming months due to the possibility of co-occurrence of coronavirus with colds and flu, which makes it more necessary to deal with violators."
