Some informed sources reported that the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi had consulted with the US Department of Defense (Pentagon) in order to transfer the US "Incirlik " airbase from Turkey to the UAE.

Iran PressMiddle East: As Al-Khaleej Al-Jadeed website reported, the sources added that the aim of Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Bin Zayed in this consultation and signing an agreement to normalize the UAE's relations with the Israeli regime is to strengthen relations with the United States.

According to the report, the UAE is also working on economic and military projects in cooperation with the Pentagon and major US economic and financial institutions on the south coast of Yemen and a number of islands, including Socotra.

Senator Ron Johnson, a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, has previously said that the US government is considering moving troops from the Incirlik base because of Turkey's troubling policies in the eastern Mediterranean.

The UAE and Bahrain signed a normalization agreement in the presence of US President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Tuesday night after announcing a compromise agreement with the occupying regime.
