Iran Press/Middle East: Mohammed Ali al-Houthi wrote on his personal Twitter page: "The return of the situation to normal before the war is a vital issue for the Yemenis, which makes sense by repaying their salaries, leaving the occupiers, returning the captives, rebuilding the country and leaving the management of the country to the Yemenis."
