Iran Press/Iran News: The advisor to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution on International Affairs referred to the normalization of relations between some Arab countries and the Zionist regime, stating that the plan of the Deal of the Century, as a complement to the steps of compromise, removed the mask of hypocrisy from the arrogant face of the compromisers.
Speaking at the 13th virtual meeting of the Supreme Council of the World Assembly of Islamic Awakening, Velayati added that the implementation of the U.S. plan 'Greater Middle East,' direct attacks on Iraq and Afghanistan, war and crime against the defenseless people of Lebanon and Gaza, diversion of the Islamic Awakening, the formation of Takfiri terrorist groups, and the killing of hundreds of thousands of innocent people in the region and the assassination of Le. Gen. Qasem Soleimani are part of the plans.
The malicious system of domination in the West Asian region has been to counter the values and ideals of pure Islam, he highlighted.
The Secretary-General of the World Islamic Awakening stated: "After defeating the Arabs in the six-day war with the usurper Israel, there have been dozens of negotiations and meetings between the Arabs and the Zionist regime with the US, and during all negotiations, nothing was an achievement for Palestinian, plus it led to Israel's extravagance."
Velayati added: "The normalization of relations between some Arab countries and the Zionist regime, the joint plan of the United States and Israel to destroy the Palestinian cause to dominate the wealth and vital resources of the Arab countries."
He also referred to the critical situation and the overt and covert conspiracies of the enemies, such as insulting the Prophet Mohammad, emphasizing the irreplaceable and influential role of elites and thinkers in guiding and enlightening the public opinion of Islamic and human societies.
