Isfahan (IP) - 4th Base of Army Aviation in Isfahan, the center of Iran, has successfully tested 'Shafaq' missile, displaying the power of the long-range smart anti-tank missile in an exercise.

Iran Press/Iran news: The commander of the base Brig. Gen. Qasem Khamooshi said on Tuesday that the smart missile was fired in the base’s exercise.

In the exercise, new combat tactics were used and operationalized in the heights, and helicopter equipment was used along with new weapons, General Khamooshi added.

Iran’s 4th Base of Army Aviation in Isfahan, central Iran, is among the largest aviation bases in West Asia, and it has managed to upgrade its avionic capabilities proportionately with the modern threats.
