Tehran (IP) - The Speaker of the Iranian parliament said: "If today it is seen that some Arab governments under the pressure of the arrogant are trying to force the normalization of relations with the Zionist regime, their nations should be considered because the people of these countries are not willing to tolerate the Zionist regime and the domination of the arrogant."

Iran Press/Iran News: Mohammad Baqer Ghalibaf, Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, who met with Iraq's former prime minister and Chairman of the Iraqi Rule of Law Coalition Nuri al-Maliki said: "If the countries' leaders, especially the leaders of Muslim countries, do their duties well, the conspiracies of the enemies will undoubtedly be thwarted."

The speaker praised the Iraqi parliament's vote for the withdrawal of the United States from Iraq, calling it an important step.

Nouri al-Maliki, for his part, while appreciating the Leader of the Islamic Revolution and other officials of the Islamic Republic of Iran for their continued support of the resistance, security, and stability in the region, especially Iraq, said: "Iran's position has helped the Islamic resistance against enemies."
