Tehran (IP) - Iran’s Foreign Ministry Spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh expressed his regret about the cheap and repetitive statement of the Arab Quartet Committee against Iran, suggesting regional countries to focus on the main source of regional threats, the Zionist Regime, instead of issuing void statements.

Iran PressIran News: Saeed Khatibzadeh called the recent statement of the Arab Quartet Committee a void loop of Iran phobia as well as recognizing the Zionist Regime. "The baseless accusations are raised from the viewpoint of countries which have committed the strategic mistake of establishing relations with the Zionist Regime, and now, they panicky want to divert attentions from the source of threat."

Referring to the footprint of the Zionist Regime in the region, suppression of the peaceful protests in Bahrain, comprehensive support for terrorists in Iraq and Syria, and continuation of the war against Yemeni people, Iran’s Foreign Ministry Spokesman noted that the countries, which raised accusations against Iran, are involved in these crimes.

He then went on to say that Iran condemns the external interference in the domestic affairs of the triple islands of Greater Tunb, Lesser Tunb and Abu Musa in the Persian Gulf.

Khatibzadeh stressed that: "countries that have shut their eyes on the US and Israeli conspiracies and have betrayed the Palestinian cause by revealing their relations with the Zionist Regime, don't have the right to question Iran's honorable support for the resistance in Palestine and Lebanon."
