China and Pakistan support multilateralism in world

The Chinese and Pakistani foreign ministers stated that their countries support the process of multilateralism, while opposing unilateralism and coercion in the international arena.

Iran PressAsia: At the end of a joint meeting, the Foreign Ministers of China and Pakistan called for strengthening the stability and peace in South Asia and stressed the need to resolve disputes through interaction and negotiation without any unilateral action.

Wang Yi and Shah Mahmood Qureshi while stressing the commitment of China and Pakistan to the goals and the UN Charter, praised the efforts of the Afghan government and the Taliban to advance inter-Afghan dialogue.

The Chinese Foreign Minister called for a solution to the Indian-controlled Kashmir issue in accordance with UN Security Council resolutions.

Wang Yi also said that the US effort to activate the trigger mechanism in the Security Council against Iran and re-impose sanctions is completely illogical.
