Iran Press/ America: The Iranian short documentary Ashu directed by Jafar Najafi finally won the award for the best short film at the 8th International Documentary Film Festival, "Doqumenta" held in Mexico.
The documentary also won the best short film at the closing ceremony of the 6th " Della Lessinia" International Film Festival held in Italy from August 21 to 30.
The documentary narrates the life of a child shepherd named Ashu who had obsessive love with Hollywood movies and acting.
