Iran,Bosnia discuss expansion of media cooperation

The Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Sarajevo and the Head of the State Radio and Television of Bosnia and Herzegovina examined ways to expand media cooperation between the two countries.

Iran Press/Europe: Meeting with the Head of the State Radio and Television of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belmin Karamehmedovi?, and proposing of media cooperation memorandum of understanding, the Iranian envoy Mahmoud Heidari expressed hope that with the new agreement, the framework of joint cooperation will be expanded. 

Belmin Karamehmedovi? for his part welcomed the media cooperation proposal, appreciating Iran's nation and government backing Bosnian nation in the past tough times, and stressed the reinforcement of cultural common grounds and media exchanges.

Karamehmedovi? announced the readiness of the State Radio and Television of Bosnia and Herzegovina to broadcast Iran's IRIB cultural and religious programs. 

The two sides also stressed the exchange of art products, especially TV series and movies, and ensured that increasing media and artistic exchanges will promote the knowledge of the two nations about each other and expand the bilateral economic and cultural relations.
