Thousands of Bolivians protested against the interim president in the capital.

Iran Press/America: According to AFP, thousands of protesters against health and education policies, as well as unemployment, demonstrated in the Bolivian capital, La Paz, demanding the removal of Education Minister Victor Hugh Cardenas.

People have raised their voices in protest. Thousands of students in rural areas have been left homeless due to the closure of schools after the corona outbreak and do not have access to the Internet.

About 4,000 protesters from the town of El Alto, near La Paz, also took part in the demonstration.

La Paz and El Alto have been quarantined due to the Corona outbreak, and the protests took place despite severe restrictions on the corona.

Protests and mass strikes began in Bolivia following the Bolivian presidential election on October 20, 2019, which won the first round of former President Evo Morales.

Bolivia's economy has lost billions of dollars in the wake of the recent political crisis and unrest; According to the Bolivian National Chamber of Industry, the industry and trade sector has suffered at least $ 1.1 billion in losses.
