Unlike in Europe, Jewish security in Iran is excellent

Emphasizing that the security of Jews living in Iran is excellent, the senior rabbi of Iranian Jews said that, unlike in Europe, there is no need for security forces in Iran to protect Jewish schools and places of worship.

Iran PressIran News: In an interview with the American news site Al-Monitor, published on Sunday 21 June, Judas Gerami, the senior rabbi of Iranian Jews, noted that about 25,000 Jews live in different cities in Iran, adding that Jewish religious activities in Iran are free and unrestricted.

Gerami stressed that Iranian Muslims have great respect for Jews living in the country.

The senior Jewish rabbi of Iran also stated that the Zionist regime does not represent the Jews and that the Israeli cabinet, based on its actions, is far from being a Jewish religion cabinet.

Gerami also referred to the bravery of Lieutenant General Qasem Soleimani, the late Commander of the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, in the fight against terrorist groups.

He said that Soleimani defeated the ISIS terrorist group, which is very important for the Iranian people, including the Jews.
