Iran Press/ Iran News: Ayatollah Khamenei on Saturday in a message underlined that the Swedish government should hand over the perpetrator of the crime to the judicial systems of Islamic countries.
The text of the message of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution is as follows:
In the name of God
Desecrating the Holy Quran in Sweden is a bitter, conspiratorial and dangerous incident.
All Islamic scholars are in unanimity concerning the severest punishment for the perpetrator of this crime.
The Swedish government should also know that by supporting the criminal, it has stood against the Islamic world and faced with the hatred of the Muslim nations and many of their governments.
"The duty of the Swedish government is to hand over the perpetrator of the crime to the judicial systems of Islamic countries.
The masterminds behind the scenes should also know that the sanctity and greatness of the Holy Quran will increase exponentially and the lights of its guidance will become brighter.
This kind of conspiracy and its perpetrators are too humble to be able to prevent this ever-increasing brilliance," the Leader stated.
