Kish (IP) - Kish Island in the province of Hormozgan, in southern Iran, like other cities in the country, has been infected with the COVID-19 disease epidemic since the outset but has now left behind an acute phase of COVID-19 disease.

Iran PressIran News: From the beginning, the Respiratory Isolation Department of Kish Hospital received 99 people with the coronavirus epidemic. According to the laboratory diagnosis, 52 of them were diagnosed as people infected with the coronavirus.

With the efforts of the medical and nursing team of Kish Hospital, 50 of the 52 corona patients were discharged from the hospital in a good general condition, and two patients died due to underlying disease.

Currently, four not-so-acute corona patients are recovering, and with the cooperation and observance of health protocols by the people, the Respiratory Disease department of Kish Hospital is empty these days.
