Tehran (IP) - The Spokesman for Iran’s Guardian Council said that the 11th round of the parliament will get start working because it has the required quorum of members.

Iran Press/Iran news: "Out of 290 lawmakers 11 will be elected in the second round, and with the two of the new MPs who died, the number will totally be 13, Abbsali Kadkhodaei answered Iran Press question about the formation of the 11th parliament.

“But because the parliament has the required quorum to start working, we hope that the eleventh parliament will be formed in time and start its work,” he went on.

With regard to the country’s next year budget also Kadkhodaei said despite the recessions created by Coronavirus outbreak in the country, the council examined the next year’s budget bill and announced the result in the due time.

"Although the examination of the budget bill is a time-taking process, the council’s staff in the capital and other provinces of the country made efforts and the results were announced in the legally determined time, he noted. 101
