Tehran (IP)- Iran's Government Spokesman Ali Rabiei said, "the Coronavirus is a global problem and everyone needs to come together and fight it."

Iran PressIran news: Ali Rabiei on Monday at his weekly news conference in response to a written question from the Iran Press about the international community's duty to respond to the US drug and medical sanctions against Iran while Tehran is combating the coronavirus in a transparent manner said, "The Coronavirus threatens the entire international community, and everyone should help in this way."

Rabiei reiterated that Iran is confronting this dangerous virus, which is under severe US sanctions. The sanctions directly target the health structures of Iranian citizens.

That is why it has challenged American public opinion in this regard."Of course, US officials are also confronted with challenging questions in their public opinion.

How cruel it is for the Iranian people to continue the sanctions in such dangerous conditions, and why is the US government not showing human behavior in these conditions?", the government spokesman said.

Rabiei noted as Dr. Rouhani pointed out in a recent Cabinet meeting if the Americans were to make a claim to help the Iranian people, lift the Iranian banking sanctions on medical supplies and allow Iran to use its money to provide the items they need.
