Iran Press/Iran News: WHO representatives, along with a team of Chinese experts and WHO representatives in Iran, visited Dr. Masih Daneshvari Hospital on Wednesday to get acquainted with the hospital's efforts to contain the new Coronavirus and see for themselves the high standards of medical care and healthcare services offered to patients. Masih Daneshvari Hospital is one of Tehran's leading hospitals.
The WHO representative said, "Iran is fully prepared to stop the spread of the new Coronavirus and we are confident that it will be controlled in not too distant a future."
WHO representatives appreciated the efforts of the Ministry of Health to control the Coronavirus, saying, "Iran has considerable strength and capability in controlling diseases, especially communicable diseases, and it is capable of doing well in crises and disasters, including floods early this year."
