Iran Press/ Iran News: Speaking at a news conference on Sunday, Hassan Rouhani said: "We are determined to bring the enemy to the negotiation table."
President Rouhani added: "All statistics indicate that we have made great achievements in energy, agriculture, tourism, mines, education, and other fields."
The President stated that the imposed sanctions on Iran will be fruitless, adding that what they (the enemies) think is impossible -- they will never bring us to the negotiating table with maximum pressure.
President Rouhani added: "The main objective of the US is to press the Iranian government with utmost pressure. But Iran has announced its stances with authority and dignity."
Rouhani went on to say that this is the first time that Iran experiences an oil-free economy. Iran emphasizes on HOPE initiative Commenting on the Hormuz Peace Endeavor (HOPE) initiative.
He also pointed out that regional peace and security is impossible without Iran's efforts and presence.
"Iran has always sought security in the region," he said, adding the martyred Lieutenant-General Qassem Soleimani fought for peace in the Middle East.
President Rouhani in another part of this press conference added: "The main problem in the region for Saudi Arabia is the issue of Yemen and it is very important for them how to deal with the issue, he said adding that the Saudi King made a big mistake in dealing with Yemen as he assumed the surrender and conquest of Yemen within weeks or months. These were among the grave mistakes of Saudi Arabia; Riyadh has created problems for itself as well as Yemen. The Saudis have committed unprecedented war crimes and bloodshed in the country."
"If Saudi Arabia stops its aggression against Yemen, the opportunity for talks and reconciliation will be created as Yemen is one of the most important issues in this respect," Rouhani said.
"Iran believes that people in Yemen should make a decision on their fate and those countries interfered in that country should stop aggression and pay compensations for all damages inflicted on the country," President Rouhani said.
