Iran Press/Iran news: The final South Pars Phase 14 platform, dubbed as SPD-14D, weighing 2500 tons has been built, transported and installed by the young Iranian experts.
With the last platform installed, 14,200 million cubic gas is added to the extraction of gas from phase 14.
The fourth and final platform of the 14th phase of the South Pars gas field plays a significant role in supplying the gas amount need by Iran, producing gas condensations, the capacity to employment in various fields including petrochemical, gasoline, and gas oil refinery.
The South Pars gas field is the largest in the world, and is located in the Persian Gulf in the territorial waters of Iran and Qatar, and is shared by both nations.
