Gen. Soliemani sacrificed himself for human rights, Islam: Nigerian activist

The Second International Conference on the US Human Rights from the point of view of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution is being held at the former US Embassy convention hall.

Iran PressIran news: The conference commemorated Lieutenant. General Qasem Soleimani and Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis.

The ceremony began with the video message of Ayatollah Javadi Amoli, Shia top cleric. 

Ayatollah Javadi Amoli highlighted the importance of human rights in the Holy Quran and said that we fight against infidels because they do not adhere to any right.

He expressed hope that Islamic human rights will affect Islamic societies.

In her remarks during the conference, Jomay Ahmad Karofi, an activist of the Islamic Resistance Movement in Nigeria said when we talk about human rights we are not talking about Iran only. It is related to all of us.

Referring to Gen. Soleimani's efforts to respect human rights, Nigerian activist stated that Gen. Qasem Soleimani supported the people who dreamed of their rights.

"I am proud that I have met Martyr Soleimani. He sacrificed himself for Islam and all of us must be like him," Karofi noted.

She referred to the situation of Sheikh Zakzaki and said that he is sick in prison in Nigeria. He is the only person who can bring real Islam to our country.

The Nigerian figure made the remark, "The martyrdom of Gen. Qasem Soleimani brought the world together, Shia or Sunni, even Arab countries. We pray for the success of Iran and unifying all Muslims.
